Ah, now there's something I miss about California; hummers used to be the stuff on documentaries until I made it to CA. One day in Santa Monica, one of them just appeared at a feeder near my table on a balcony. Thrillsville!
And they're tough little buggers, I love to watch them chase each other away from the feeder.
